2 ½ lbs Ground Chicken 1 T Chopped Garlic 2 T Chile Mix – I use Pendery’s Chisolm Trail blend 4 T Paprika – Smoked or Regular 2 t Cayenne Pepper 2 t Ground Cumin 2 t Kosher Salt 1 t Crushed Red Pepper 2 t Dried Mexican Oregano ½ t Dried Thyme 1 T Freshly Ground Black Pepper 2 t Onion Powder 2 t Garlic Powder


1. In large mixing bowl, mix Chicken and Seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

2. Can be used in its ground form as a healthy alternative for any ground meat or formed into patties, panseared & served as desired.
