New Year’s Eve deserves something unforgettable, and this year Newton’s Saddlerack is turning up the heat and adding a touch of Parisian elegance. On Wednesday, December 31 at 7:30 pm, we’re welcoming French Chef Anthony Bar alongside Cowboy Chef Newton and Chef Shayne “The Train” Wells for a one-night-only culinary experience.

Guests will enjoy 4 courses of Cowboy in Paris, a menu where refined French technique meets bold Haute Texas Cuisine. Imagine classic flavors reimagined with Texas swagger, thoughtfully curated plating, and a finale worthy of the countdown. The night concludes with a celebratory champagne toast.
