What happens when three chefs from three very different worlds come together in a Texas kitchen? Magic — the kind that hits your palate like a firework and lingers like your favorite song.
This May, Cowboy Chef Newton (MasterChef USA), Chef Anthony Bar, and Chef Dominic DeAngelis (both of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa and co-creators of The French Italian Table) will converge at Newton’s Saddlerack for three bold, flavorful, personality-packed nights.
Expect two extraordinary, reservation-only dinners, each with a menu designed to celebrate the collision of French finesse, Italian soul, and unapologetic Texas attitude. Then wrap up the experience with a Friday night Meet & Greet Happy Hour — low pressure, good drinks, and a chance to meet the men behind the menus.
This is elevated dining without the ego. A little fire, a little finesse, and a whole lot of flavor.

Cowboy Chef Newton
A rancher, restaurateur, and MasterChef alum, Newton is the voice and soul behind Texas Cowboy Cuisine — a gutsy blend of Southern roots and fine-dining precision. From the Double N Ranch to Newton’s Saddlerack, he brings humor, heart, and a whole lot of heat to every plate. Also: fundraiser, mentor, and walking Texas legend.
Chef Anthony Bar
Born in northern France, Anthony brings depth and discipline to every dish. As Executive Chef on Vanderpump Villa, and co-founder of The French Italian Table, he combines French tradition with modern sensibility, crafting meals that are thoughtful, generous, and never boring.
Chef Dominic DeAngelis
What started as a YouTube channel evolved into a culinary calling. From Miami’s Dolce Mani to culinary school in Japan to Vanderpump Villa, Dominic’s journey is unconventional and full of flavor. Co-founder of The French Italian Table, he brings playful creativity, serious skill, and a little sparkle to the kitchen.
