It’s that time again! The State Fair of Texas has always been, aside from the day the other Big Guy makes his appearance, my favorite time of the year. It marks the beginning of Fall, even though you’re still likely to break a sweat while sampling all of the “Fair Food” goodies and the occasional cold beer. Did you know they added Cotton Candy Beer to the lineup this year? Sounds crazy, and I know my wife will be waiting in line to try that one!
